A deposit is required for most weekly and monthly reservations.
Some rentals require a minimum stay, due in full at the time of booking:

We do not accept credit cards yet (hopefully very soon) — currently, only money orders, cash, or checks payable to Long Branch Rest & Ride. Upon arrival, please wrap your money order, cash, or check wrapped in your signed waiver and drop in the white mailbox in front of the yellow farmhouse in the driveway.

Cancellation Policy

Reservations made for the off-season may be canceled for future booking credit with 3 weeks’ notice. High season requires a 6-week notice.

Drive-Ups & Same-Day Requests

Must be previously cleared by phone or text reservation. Space permitting. Must arrive before sundown. You may call or text 904-544-0406 to inquire. No voicemails: If you do not get an immediate response, that is not a confirmation to enter. We cannot always be available to answer. However, if you have a horse emergency, proceed in carefully, find an empty paddock, and secure. Sign the waiver, follow the payment procedure, and call back in the morning. Check website for fees.

Before You Arrive

Please download and complete the waiver & release form and submit it with your deposit.

If traveling with horse(s), you must also include a copy of your Coggins certificate and health certificate before you can unload your horse(s).
