Frequently Asked Questions
How do I pay for my reservation?
Please call Camp Manager Tracey at 904-544-0406 to reconfirm before arrival. Tracey will meet you by appointment at the camp office in the big red barn on the left to complete registration forms and payment. This must be done prior to hooking up.
Please be advised that if your camper/RV is homemade, damaged, requiring a tarp, over 10 years old, or in disrepair (regardless of age), your reservation may be refused. It’s best to send photos of all four sides to the manager in advance if you fall into this category.
Note: No permanent structures are allowed. The county mandates that no stay exceeds 6 months without leaving for 2 nights, except for those working in the county, where stays of up to 1 year are permissible.
All sites must be kept completely clutter-free, with the exception of some outdoor patio furniture and a BBQ. Rules and regulations must be respected; violation may result in eviction without refund, regardless of payment status.
Children under 16 years of age may not be left alone at the campground. Please familiarize yourself with our rules and regulations. Basic common courtesy and quiet enjoyment are expected from all guests.
How many horses can I bring?
You can bring as many as you want, as long as you make adequate reservations. Our extra-large paddocks measure up to 1 acre in area and can accommodate four horses.
Can I stay just one night with my horse?
Yes, but holidays and high season may require a 3-night minimum stay. Call for a reservation.
